Eva Grigorova
Psychologist and Psychodrama Therapist (working under supervision), Certified Tele'Drama Practitioner, with over five years of experience working with children.I believe that every child carries unspoken stories, emotions, and experiences that often struggle to find words. As a child psychologist and psychodrama therapist, I harness the power of play, symbols, and role exploration to help children express their inner world, discover new ways to cope with challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others. In my therapeutic practice, the child is always at the center. I create a safe and supportive space where they can freely explore their emotions, fears, and desires. Through psychodrama, children not only reenact scenes from their lives but also step into new roles that foster adaptability, resilience, and self-confidence.I work both individually and in group settings, where children build social skills, cultivate empathy, and discover meaningful ways to connect with others. I firmly believe that effective therapeutic work with children is closely linked to supporting the adults around them. That’s why I also work with families and educators to create nurturing environments where children feel understood, valued, and accepted.
