About the WorkshopWe stand on the shoulders of our ancestors.
This experiential psychodrama-based workshop invites you to explore transgenerational connections through genosociograms—more than just family trees, they map hidden family dynamics, inherited trauma, and powerful legacies. What You Will Explore:
How family myths, loyalties, and anniversaries shape our lives
Unspoken family secrets and their unconscious impact
How past generations influence our choices, fears, and strengths
The balance between inherited burdens and ancestral wisdom
Through psychodrama, enactment, and discussion, we will uncover the family chains that bind us and the constructive ladders that lead to transformation.
Inspired by Anne Ancelin Schützenberger’s Work:
The genosociogram was pioneered by Anne Ancelin Schützenberger, author of “Ouch, My Family” (French) and “The Ancestor Syndrome” (English, Routledge).
She highlighted how intergenerational trauma, anniversary syndromes, and unspoken family loyalties shape our present.
"The roots we have decide the plants we grow."
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is for therapists, coaches, educators, and anyone curious about how their family history influences their present life.
Whether you are looking to understand inherited trauma, honor ancestral strengths, or break generational patterns, this session will offer both theory and experiential practice.
