We have all experienced loss and heartbreak in our lives. Grief is more than just a powerful emotion—it is an intrinsic part of being human. Yet, we remain poorly informed on how to navigate it. Approaching grief intellectually is not enough. If we do not learn how to embrace it, grief can harden and congeal, closing our hearts and rendering us unresponsive to the deep sorrows of the world.
In this workshop, we will explore the transformative power of metabolizing pain and sorrow into something medicinal for our souls and communities. This process may help us become wise ancestors who enable future generations to grieve and live naturally.
Participants will engage in psychodrama techniques through Tele’Drama, actively involving themselves in exercises designed to enhance understanding of relational dynamics and vulnerability, all within the safety of a virtual environment. The workshop focuses on creating a confidential, safe, trustworthy, and respectful space for meaningful and impactful explorations.
