The
'MATTERS OF THE HEART' SUNDAY SERIES', directed by psychodrama and Tele'Drama practitioners and trainers, Jaye Moyer, (United States), and Cristina Hockl, (Germany), offers you the opportunity to be part of small, supportive groups engaged in a fully experiential personal growth and self-discovery process.
Participants will discover ways to honor the heart. By drawing from personal histories, with all their Sorrows and Joys, Difficulties and Ease, we will learn to turn toward All there is. This practice will foster presence, resilience and personal discovery.
Together, we will explore what, who, and where supports and uplifts the heart.
What to expect:
- Short warm up and introduction
- Guided practices
- Dyad sharing
- Short contemplative reflections and prompts for writing
- Experiential investigation, utilizing doubling, role reversal and sociometric explorations
