The holiday season is often heralded as a time of joy, warmth, and gatherings with family and friends. Yet for many, it also revives memories of grief, loneliness, unfulfilled plans, and dreams — all of which can contribute to the unwelcome holiday blues.
This workshop harnesses the power of psychodrama to explore, understand, and heal these complex emotions.
Participants will engage in psychodrama techniques through Tele'Drama, actively participating in exercises that enhance understanding of relational dynamics and vulnerability, all within the safety of a virtual environment.
The workshop emphasizes creating a confidential, safe, trustworthy, and respectful space for deep and impactful explorations.
Participants will experience a range of psychodrama techniques online, with the freedom to choose their level of engagement. The diverse international group will bring a wealth of cultural insights and perspectives.
To maintain the integrity of the experience, the session WILL NOT BE RECORDED.
Engagement requires a private, uninterrupted space, and the presence of others should be avoided during the session.
