Workshop Description:
This master class explores the powerful technique of Axiodrama, a specialized form of sociodrama developed by Dr. Jacob Moreno, focused on exploring values, ethical dilemmas, and moral conflicts within a group setting. Participants will witness the direction of Axiodrama sessions, observing how to guide groups through challenging scenarios that bring to light the core values and moral principles influencing behavior and decision-making, especially in difficult times.Through experiential learning, participants will engage in role-playing exercises that confront ethical challenges, enabling them to explore different perspectives, clarify their own values, and facilitate meaningful discussions within the group.
This workshop is appropriate for educators, therapists, facilitators, and anyone interested in deepening their understanding of group dynamics and ethical decision-making.
By the end of the session, attendees will have multiple tools and techniques necessary to apply Dr. Moreno's method in their own practice, fostering ethical awareness and moral development in diverse group settings.
