This experiential workshop is designed to help those interested and passionate about helping young
people navigate the complexities of identity formation and also exploring personal identity issues.
Through our session, participants will gain hands-on experience with powerful psychodrama
techniques tailored specifically to address the challenges faced by youth. Each participant will leave
with practical tools and insights to enhance their therapeutic approaches, deepen understanding of
adolescent identity issues, and foster meaningful connections with individuals working with identity
issues.
Participants in workshop will gain several valuable insights and skills, including:
1. Enhanced Understanding of Adolescent Identity Issues: Participants will deepen their
knowledge of the unique psychological and emotional challenges adolescents face in their
identity formation process.
2. Practical Psychodrama Techniques: Through hands-on experience, participants will learn
